The second edition of Daraja took place on Saturday 18 June at the Julius Nyerere International Convention Centre: a moment of exchange towards sustainable entrepreneurship in Tanzania.

The American Chamber of Commerce in Tanzania held its yearly seminar on Youth Employment on Saturday 18 June. In partnership with Bank M, the initiative gathered entrepreneurs from various sectors and an audience of young (future) entrepreneur eager to learn more on the topic.
The panel discussion was moderated by Maria Sarungi and gave a great overview of the entrepreneurship in Tanzania today.
AmCham-TZ has been proud to initiate this initiative, our business organization is thankful that Bank M supported for the second year such a great and fundamental issue to consider as a priority.
Daraja 2016 has been developed with a new generation of entrepreneurs, expanding businesses in different (and essential) sectors such as : new technologies; food & beverage distribution, communication, training and management or eco-friendly consumerism.
