Carlton JONES is a Partner in Monitor Deloitte (the strategy practice within Deloitte Consulting) with +30 years of experience working in the fields of Economic, Growth, Industry and Cluster Competitiveness, Trade and Investment, Public Policy Reform ,ValUe Chain Development, Public Health, & Information & Communications Technologies for Development.

As a Development and Trade Economist, Carlton has worked across the globe advising an array of clients to include; governments, international donors, NGOs, Foundations, & the private sector.

For Deloitte, Carlton has several roles. He l s the Consulting Leader in Tanzania, the Strategy Leader for East Africa, and the African Lead Client Service Partner, responsible for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), where in Africa they implement projects in public health, nutrition, energy and youth development.
