Chiaru Masonobo is a Board Member of American Chamber of Commerce in Tanzania (AmCham-TZ) and Senior Tax Manager with EY Tanzania, with over 10 years’ professional experience in International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS), Business Tax Advisory Services (BTA) and Business Tax Compliance Services (BTC). Through EY Global network, Chiaru has provided professional services to several local, regional, and multi-national clients in Tanzania and Kenya across all sectors. <br>
Chiaru is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA -T), holder of degree of Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Statistics from University of Dar es Salaam and Master’s in Business Administration in Corporate Management (MBA -CM) from Mzumbe University. <br>Chiaru is also a member of National Board of Accountants and Auditors of Tanzania (NBAA), registered Tax Consultant with Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) and Alumnus of a Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) University of Pretoria, Johannesburg, South Africa (Leadership Development Program). She’s athletics who enjoys running and workout.
