Nelson Emmanuel Msuya

Nelson Emmanuel Msuya is a Partner and Director with PwC Tanzania, with over 28 years’ professional
experience in Accounting, Auditing and Management Consulting. His professional experience includes
three (3) years in PwC South Africa and over twenty (25) years in PwC Tanzania and has spanned a broad
range of industries. Through the PwC global network, Nelson has provided professional services to several
local, regional, and multi-national clients in Tanzania, Kenya, South Africa, Mali, Ghana, and Canada.
Nelson is a Fellow Certified Public Accountant in Public Practice FCPA(T), holder of a degree of Bachelor
of Commerce with Honors (Finance) from University of Dar-es-Salaam and a Master’s in Business
Administration (MBA) in Procurement and Supplies Management from Coventry University, UK. Nelson
also is a registered Tax Consultant with Tanzania Revenue Authority and Alumnus of a Gordon Institute of
Business Science, University of Pretoria (Leadership Development Program).
Nelson has served as a member of the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) Quality Review
Team and the Board of Advisors of AIESEC Tanzania.
Nelson is married and blessed with three children and a granddaughter. He is an ardent golfer and renown
public speaker in various accounting professional forums
